3.4. Password is not auto-filled, what do I do?¶
If you have saved credentials for a site, but they are not automatically inserted into the login form, ensure that:
KeyReel’s icon on the browser’s toolbar is not gray () (gray icon means that KeyReel auto-filling feature is disabled on the current page);
KeyReel isn’t waiting for you to authorize access to the site:
the site address in the Password Vault and the site address you are on at the moment are the same. They may be different if you manually enter credentials. If the credentials were saved automatically, this won’t be a problem.
If you checked everything, but credentials are not auto-filled, the login form on this site has not been recognized correctly (for example, the lack of the “login” and “password” labels in the upper right part of login and password fields indicates this):
