If you have saved credentials for a site, but they are not automatically inserted into the login form, ensure that:

If you checked everything, but credentials are not auto-filled, the login form on this site has not been recognized correctly (for example, the lack of the “login” and “password” labels in the upper right part of login and password fields indicates this):


In this case:

  • manually insert the login and password into the appropriate form fields as described here;

  • inform the KeyReel Team about this error and be sure to provide the URL of the site where the error appeared using “Feedback” form.
