3.9. Pairing is failing, what should I do?

If you have problems with pairing, check whether:

  • Bluetooth is enabled on both the Mac and iPhone;

  • the KeyReel Bluetooth Connector is open on your Mac and you can see the KeyReel icon in the system tray;

  • there is an exclamation mark shown in the KeyReel icon.

Sometimes the connection between the Mac and the iPhone can be restored by turning the WiFi connection on and off, or by disabling the KeyReel Bluetooth Connector and restarting it.
